The Big Give Christmas Challenge 2025 Has Started and Your Donation Will Be Doubled!
The Big Give’s 2025 Christmas Challenge is running from Tuesday 2nd December until 9th December and this week very donation made to Nottingham Refugee Forum will be matched and your impact doubled.
This year has been really challenging for people seeking sanctuary. Divisive media narratives, repressive government policies, and growing public hostility have made daily life increasingly difficult for those who come to the UK in search of safety.

At the same time, the ongoing cost-of-living crisis and reduced funding have impacted us massively, forcing us to make difficult decisions including closing some of our valued projects.
Despite this, our foodbank continues to be a vital lifeline for the most vulnerable individuals we support.
Your help is more important than ever. With your support, we can continue providing dignity, safety, and essential support to people who have nothing and nowhere else to turn.
We’re aiming to raise £12,000 which is enough to keep our foodbank running for an entire year.
Thanks to the Christmas Challenge, every pound you give this week will be doubled, enabling us to provide food and urgent support to destitute asylum seekers within our community.
