A few images from this year’s Voscars celebrations. Every so often we like to take the opportunity to celebrate the people who choose to give up their time to help Nottingham & Nottinghamshire Refugee Forum and the diverse community we support.
We have 167 volunteers working across all areas of the forum, representing 38 nationalities and speaking over 38 languages. 49% of our volunteers have lived experience and all help provide support across Nottingham Refugee Forum, including serving delicious food from our onsite kitchen, offering essential interpretation skills or acting as the first welcoming face new clients meet when they visit us.
The Voscars is a moment to relax, share beautiful food and most importantly have some fun.
