HR Administrator
We are looking for a new HR Administrator to join our supporting staff at Nottingham Refugee Forum. The primary responsibility of this role will be to ensure the smooth running of HR processes across the employee lifecycle. The role involves maintaining accurate employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, and assisting with HR projects and compliance. Your main duties will include:
- Administer the recruitment, onboarding and leaver processes
- Keep all HR records up to date on our HR system
- Prepare contracts of employment, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation
- Support monthly payroll processes.
- Ensure procedures are compliant with HR and Information Security policies
- Plan staff induction programmes
- Manage HR queries.
We are looking for someone with experience in an administrative role, ideally withing HR, including an understanding of HR policies, procedures and legal requirements. You will need to have knowledge and experience of payroll procedures and systems.
You will need to have excellent attention to detail, and organisational skills. You will also need to have competent IT skills including Microsoft packages, databases, use of internet, and be a skilled communicator in English, with the ability to produce high quality formal correspondence.
Job Details
Salary: £25,674 per annum pro rata
Hours: Part time (15 per week)
Contract: Permanent
